At the Paranà roasting plant, Giannelli’s family carries forward a history of research and experience, with a craftsmanship unaffected by the passing of time. The preserved roasting processes and the recipes passed down over generations are the fruit of long years of work, research, analysis, and, most of all, of long journeys around the world, in order to increasingly refine the final product.
